About the role

Due to the nature of this role, applicants are required to be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent. This is a genuine occupational requirement for this position, which is exempt under Section 14 of the Anti-discrimination Act

Full time – 38 hours per week, 2 year contract

Learn on the job while completing a Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care

This position will be based in Morwell, VIC 3840

The purpose of this position is to provide advisory, supportive and educative primary health and family support service to Aboriginal families with children.

All duties associated with this role will be undertaken under the supervision and guidance of the Koori Maternity Services Midwife Coordinator
